The staff were really good, paying attention to every detail. I loved the clean and modern facilities. The location was perfect for checking out the nearby christmas markets, and the welcome carrot cake was a good surprise! My son really enjoyed the breakfast.

I liked the friendliness of the staff on arrival which made us feel very welcome. They were warm, friendly and helpful when my female friend and I were inadvertantly given a room with a double bed. They quickly moved us and put us in a room appropriate to our needs. Check out time was very good and they looked after our bags while we had a ramble around Belfast. Similarly, the room cleaning staff member we met ( she was cleaning room 209) was very friendly and professional. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and warm and overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Great location for everything in and around the city . taxis right outside hotel .Food was excellent and really good value for money. will defiantly stay again
No room service available to the room , although its possible to order and collect from restaurant, Not a problem for a young person but older gusts may well struggle with carrying food about , Not a big deal but just an observation ,
